LAST ISSUE'S IMAGE (ISSUE
#53 )-
Tomorrow (which is now today) from a Yesterday, Today
and Tomorrow bush at Selby Gardens.
LAST ISSUE'S IMAGERY
Sam and I first saw the yesterday, today,
and tomorrow flowers at Morikami
Gardens, when we first moved to Florida. They
are so named because the
three connecting flowers go from deep purple,
fading to lavender, then white.
I included it yesterday, simply because it seemed
like a cheerful, fun way to start the week. Of course,
for those who enjoy looking for images, in addition
to, or other than, the main picture itself, there
were the shadows in the center of the flower that
could have stories made up about them.
"Right in the center of the purple flower I
see a bird's face - definitely eyes and beak."
wrote one person. I, Sheila, see the profile
of a young girl, with her hair in a bun, the style
of Colonial, or "yester", years.
