Volume 1 - Number 47

LAST ISSUE'S IMAGE (ISSUE #46)-
A daisy from a daisy patch at Marie Selby Gardens in Sarasota, Florida.

LAST ISSUE'S IMAGERY -
I chose this photo for it's brightness, aliveness and richness of color, including the delicate purple in the center. It was in a patch of daisies along a path at the Gardens.

The daisy patch looks, to me, like a collage of paper cutouts. I'm reminded once again of our discussion in earlier issues of PICTURE TO PONDER, noticing the differences between focussing in on one object or situation as compared to looking at the full picture.

Have you become aware of any times recently that you have chosen to focus rather than look at the large picture, or vice-versa? If so, can you point to any differences that this has made for you?

TODAY'S IMAGE -
In keeping with our custom of using a "weekend wish" photo, this one brings with it our wish for a smiling, self-nurturing weekend.
